Seating up to 75 covers, The Rushes Bistro is a large venue that maintains a cosy and welcoming atmosphere whilst also offering a bright and airy environment that is the perfect backdrop to any meal. Decorated in neutral colours with a splash of fresh and lively green on one wall, the dining room is a contemporary space that is large enough to put a good amount of distance between each table, giving each party intimacy. The restaurant exudes a warm ambience which complements its contemporary, yet homely setting, together with air-conditioning and disabled access.

Previously known as Fifty Grill and the World Tapas Restaurant, the restaurant serves a great mixture of European cuisines from British to Spanish and French dishes, all created by Head Chef Nik Bhalla. The A La Carte menu features dishes such as the Oriental-inspired Crispy Pork Belly with noodles and vegetables in a spicy Szechuan sauce, delicious British steak such as sirloin or fillet with French fires, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and peppercorn sauce, and fish of the day with sautéed potatoes, vegetables and a lemon and prawn butter.
