1. Search

On the homepage you will notice there are two ways in which you can search, via the restaurant finder and by the quick search box.

Tip:  To change how you search on the restaurant finder, click ‘postcode’ or ‘name’.
Tip:  You can view restaurants with special offers only by ticking the box or view the special offers page by following the link at the top of the page.

2. Sort

To organise the results in the way you want simply click the buttons at the top to rank by Name, Cuisine, Lowest Price, Highest Price, Special Offer and Rating.

Tip:  Use the restaurant finder on the right of the search results if you want to try a new search.

3. When and where?

You have now found the right restaurant, you have invited your friends, printed the menus, locations maps and viewed the images full screen. Use the red ‘Book now’ box on the right hand side of the page to choose the time, day and number of people who will be visiting the restaurant.

Tip:  If your plans ever change you can always visit your account to amend your booking at a later date.

4. Log in or sign up

Almost done now. In order for us to be able to provide the best service we can, we may need to contact you, particularly if there is a change or if you are booking as a group.  Simply log in to your account or if this is the first time you have visited the website why not sign up?

Tip:  By providing us with your contact details when signing up you will earn extra points to go towards a free meal.

5. Confirm your details

Check you have the correct booking details, including the time, date and number of people.
Tip:  If you have any special requirements simply fill in the note and we will ask the restaurant to try and accommodate your request when we make your booking.  These could be a special table you have in mind, a birthday cake or a high chair etc.

Tip:  Don’t forget to use the print our feature, which will provide you with a map, details of your booking and information about any offers you are entitled to.

6. Your booking is confirmed!

You will be sent a confirmation email to print out, containing all your details.

You will also receive 200 pending reward points for booking a restaurant through the site.

Tip: Once you have dined, rate and review the restaurant from your account section and you’ll earn an additional 200 reward points.

PS - Once you have reached 1400 you can eat for free at one of our participating restaurants.
