Entropy restaurant in Leicester City Centre
Entropy Restaurant is simply a fantastic restaurant that is known throughout Leicester given its huge reputation and many awards including "Midlands restaurant of the Year 2009"- Good Food Guide. Such a prestigious award for a small but perfectly formed family owned restaurant and bar, but well deserved.
Reading over the menus and indeed meeting Michelin trained chef Tom Cockerill and his wife Cassandra it is easy to see why this venue is so highly regarded. With a relaxed approach to fine dining Tom creates his menus on a daily basis entirely depending on the best fresh and local produce available to him. The passion for local produce and letting the ingredients do the talking is paramount to their success.
With a bar area for relaxing and areas where visitors can simply enjoy a coffee on the comfy sofas, Entropy will make any diner feel they are experiencing excellent quality without leaving a vast hole in the pocket.

Entropy certainly lived up to it's reputation. Great fresh local produce cooked beautifully. I especially liked the organic lager.
I highly recommend a visit.
